Our history
Cave du Consul Perroy
A 14-hectare family estate, located in the Perroy, Mont-sur-Rolle and Féchy appellations. Chasselas accounts for 60% of our grape varieties, alongside specialities such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Viognier, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Laurent and Nicolas Martin are carrying on the family tradition across four generations. Vinification and bottling are carried out by us; each bottle goes directly from the producer to the consumer.

Where is Cave du Consul located and which Vaud wines do you produce?
Which of your wines are award-winning and which medals have you won?
Our Vaud wines regularly win awards: gold medals at the Mondial du Chasselas, Platinum Laurels (the highest Swiss distinction), the Terravin label, Sélection des Vins Vaudois and the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse. Our Bérollon has won the Platinum Laurels twice.
Can the estate be visited and can one do a Vaud wine tasting?
Yes, we welcome visitors for tastings of our award-winning Vaud wines. Opening hours: Friday 16:00-18:30, Saturday 09:00-12:30. For groups or private tastings of Chasselas, Sauvignon Blanc or Cabernet Sauvignon, please contact us.
