L’Escargot Rouge, the new Vaud red wine, represents a number of Vaud winegrowers who have decided to unite behind this emblem in order to highlight the quality and expertise of their wines. Since 1 September 2021, dozens of Vaud winegrowers from 5 AOCs have been offering their Escargot Rouge produced to strict specifications.
The brand offers two ranges: an “Original” wine, round and fruity, and a “Sélection” wine, matured in barrels. In both cases, the work focuses on balancing the grape varieties that are representative of the AOC Vaud terroir, while creating a modern wine
